Estelle Gray — "Tandem PizzazzEE!"
Estelle coined the term "Tandem PizzazzEE" to describe how it's fun to move through the routine as a pair while poking fun and chatting about the moves. And Estelle has a deep understanding for the term tandem.
In 1984 Estelle Gray and Cheryl Marek raced their tandem bicycle 3,200 miles across the United States. They finished in a record 10 days, 22 hours and 48 minutes. They rode 22 hours a day, changing places on the tandem every 100 miles.
Recently, it took two years for Estelle to overcome a prolonged illness after being diagnosed with a severe form of cancer. Her motto through it all, "keep moving so it can't catch me."

"Being a somewhat 'skeptical guy', I've been pleasantly surprised by the side benefit of greatly reduced foot neuropathy. This was something I never expected."
6-session Participant [busy septuagenarian]
"It took me a few times to develop the mental stamina, or patience, to do all 25 steps in a single session. Now that I have accomplished that, I feel it is the best way to achieve the benefit.
"I enjoy and feel the benefits of all the upper body steps. I also feel I am benefiting from the core-related steps which is an area where I definitely need to improve."
Sally (Sal) Edwards — "Every Body"
"Being deeply involved in the fitness business for 5 decades, I believe PizzazzEE-25 is simple and easy to do for almost everybody. Each exercise flows nicely into the next. The mechanics are very good and the fun-level is spot on! drB's instructions are very, very clear and she delivers on her promise — every muscle, every joint, every time. And I add, for every body! The 25-step session feels like a good use of time, after which I'm more relaxed, more limber, not fatigued and have a sense of physical satisfaction."
Sally's passion is to "get America healthy and moving." She knows about fitness. As a professional triathlete, she is a 16-time Ironman finisher, a member of the Triathlon Hall of Fame, and ultra-marathoner, winning the hundred-mile Western States Endurance Run. "After physical therapy for an intense knee injury, PizzazzEE continued my improvement to a level beyond the successful PT response."
Ronald Sacks, MD — "It Works"
"It strikes me as a well thought out program of exercise for the aging human. It works. As I continue to do it, I appreciate the thought Dr. B put into it. Reminds me of the book I used to keep my 1970 Volkswagen running, which was something like 'How to Keep Your Volkswagen Alive and Running Even if You are a Complete Idiot'. Maybe I should have started this during my first 50 years."
Workaholic Septuagenarian
"I do PizzazzEE some evenings after work to undo the damage of sitting in a chair for 9 hours. It really helps."

"an important need for many people."
Lorraine Vail — "added to my overall wellness"
"In high school I enjoyed running-sports and as an older adult I've run track and road races. Yoga and palates felt impossible and I never stayed for more than a session or two. I can touch my shins but not my toes. I walk most days and enjoy my gym's circuit class or rowing. I feel reasonably fit for my 75 years, but PizzazzEE-25 has improved how my body and back feels.
"After a session I am more limber and move with more ease. It's a feeling I do not have after a walk or my circuit class so that is a pleasure. And nothing I have done has 'hurt' me. When I stand after some time sitting, I am less achy and tight, plus I have better balance.
"PizzazzEE-25 has added to my overall wellness and I appreciate how easy it is to follow the directions. Now when I travel, I worry less about losing my fitness because I'm away from my gym. I think anyone can benefit from this program even if some of the exercises are difficult for tight body types like mine."
