Modifications for Wrists
#23 – Angry Cat & Bird Dog
This is a small change to increase comfort for those feeling stress in their wrist. If you have slight discomfort when your wrists are in extension (bent back while on all- 4s), try leaning on the back of your fingers during the Angry Cat portion – like the cat curling its claw in.
You might return to normal hand position for Bird Dog or continue the 'knuckle' position.
Most other moves which use this wrist position are much shorter duration and without the pressure of weight. Hopefully they do not need modification.
