Introduction & Overview …
  • PizzazzEE‑25 is a fortifying routine that engages Every Muscle, Every Joint, Every Time you complete the 25‑step program.
  • The entire, full body PizzazzEE‑25 program will take you less than an hour.
  • The introduction encourages "Perfect Practice makes Perfect" but acknowledges that perfection is different for all of us. Even the steps on the videos may be less than perfect for some abilities. But how do you control "perfect practice" for yourself? Simply follow the voice directions carefully; do all you can do, but not more.
  • Some video shots are taken from an angle to help visualize the move, but performer should listen and follow verbal directions without changing the faced direction more than necessary.
  • An appropriately inflated ball should allow for knees to be just about level with hips when feet are flat on the floor. If you do not have a balance ball (specifically for #4) I suggest that you use a rolled-towel for the pelvic squeeze portion.
  • Give it a month or so – most likely, you'll find your body feels lighter, stronger, more relaxed with less pain and greater ease of movement.
